Hi, my name is Mohammed Rehman. I created HealthMinds to help people make healthier life choices and understand the benefits of good nutrition. Growing up, I stayed active, but my diet wasn’t always the best—I loved eating out and snacking on Oreos and Cheez-Its. When I started college, I realized my eating habits had gotten out of control, and I wanted to make a change. I began learning about nutrition, different foods, and macronutrients, which helped me make better choices for myself. Now, I want to share that knowledge and experience with others who may be struggling, so they too can adopt healthier, more balanced lifestyles.
